Allāhu lā ilāha illā huwal ḥayyul qayyūm, lā ta’khudhuhū sinatuw-walā nawm, lahū māfis-samāwāti wa mā fil arḍ, man dhalladhī yashfa‘u ‘indahū illā bi’idhnih, ya‘lamu mā bayna aydīhim wa mā khalfahum, wa lā yuḥīṭūna bishay-’im min ‘ilmihī illā bimā shā’a wa si‘a kursīyuhus-samāwāti wal arḍ, wa lā ya’ūduhū ḥifẓuhumā wahuwal ‘alīyul ‘aẓīm

Allah, there is no god but He, the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him Alone belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except with His permission? He knows what is before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursī extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.

Bismillāhil-ladhī lā yaḍurru ma‘as-mihi shay’un fil-arḍi wa lāfis-samā’i wa huwas-samī-‘ul-‘alīm

In the Name of Allāh, with whose Name nothing can harm in the earth nor in the heaven. He is the All-Hearing and All-Knowing.

Allāhu rabbī lā sharīka lah

Allah is my Lord without partner.

Whoever says this during the day with firm belief, and dies on the same day before the evening, will be from the people of Paradise. Whoever says this at night with firm belief, and dies before morning, will be from the people of Paradise.

O Allāh, I ask You for well-being in this world and the next. O Allāh, I seek Your Forgiveness and well-being in my religion, in my worldly affairs, in my family and in my wealth. O Allāh, conceal my faults and relieve my fears. O Allāh, guard me from in front of me and behind me, from my left, and from my right, and from above me. I seek refuge in Your Greatness from being struck down from beneath me.

O Allāh, Knower of the unseen and the seen, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Lord of everything and its Possessor; I bear witness that there is no god but You. I seek Your protection from the evil of my own self and from the evil of Shayṭān and the evil of the polytheism to which he calls.

Astaghfirullāha wa atūbu-ilayh

I seek Allāh’s forgiveness and turn to Him in repentance.

A‘ūdhu bikalimātil-lāhit-tāmmāti min sharri mā khalaq

I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allāh from the evil of what He has created.

Lā yukallifullāhu nafsan illā wus‘ahā, lahā mā kasabat wa ‘alayhā mak tasabat, rabbanā lā tu’ākhidhnā in nasīnā aw akhṭa’nā, rabbanā wa lā taḥmil ‘alaynā iṣran kamā ḥamaltahū ‘alal-ladhīna min qab-linā, rabbanā wa lā tuḥammilnā mā lā ṭāqata lanā bih, wa‘fu ‘annā, waghfir lanā warḥamnā, anta mawlānā fanṣurnā ‘alal-qawmil-kāfirīn

The Messenger has believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord, and [so have] the believers. All of them have believed in Allāh, His angels, His books and His Messengers, [saying], ‘We make no distinction between any of His Messengers.’

And they say, ‘We hear, and we obey. We seek Your forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the final destination.’

Allāh burdens not a person beyond what he can bear. He gets reward for that (good) which he has earned, and he is punished for that (evil) which he has earned. ‘Our Lord! Punish us not if we have forgotten or erred. Our Lord! Lay not on us a burden like that which You laid on those before us. Our Lord! Burden us not greater than we have strength to bear. Pardon us and forgive us. Have mercy on us. You are our protector, so help us against the disbelieving people.’
